背经方法与经文示范Memory methods and example passages

显示 9 / 9 项Showing 9 of 9

首字提示法First-letter cues

只看每个分句的第一个字(英文看每个词的首字母)来背,大脑会自动补出后面的字,比盯着全文更快离开课本。Recite from only the first character of each clause (in English, the first letter of each word). Your memory fills in the rest, so you let go of the full text sooner.

  1. 先完整读三遍,确认明白意思。Read the whole verse three times and make sure you understand it.
  2. 每个分句只留第一个字,例如“耶……我……”。Keep only the first letter of each word, e.g. “T L i m s; I s n w.”
  3. 看着提示背出整节,卡住时才看原文。Recite the whole verse from the cues; look at the text only when you are stuck.
  4. 能流利背出后,把提示也拿掉。Once it flows, take the cues away too.
分段累加法Build phrase by phrase

把经文切成几个短句,先背第一句,再加上第二句从头背,一句一句像滚雪球一样累加。Split the verse into short phrases. Learn the first, then add the second and start again from the top, snowballing phrase by phrase.

  1. 按标点把经文分成 3–5 个短句。Break the verse into 3–5 phrases at the punctuation.
  2. 背第 1 句,直到不看也能说出来。Say phrase 1 until you can do it without looking.
  3. 加上第 2 句,每次都从第 1 句开始背。Add phrase 2, always starting again from phrase 1.
  4. 最后连经文出处一起背,例如“诗篇 23:1”。Finish by saying the reference too, e.g. “Psalm 23:1.”
抄写法Copy by hand

手写会放慢速度,让眼、手、心一起记。每抄一遍,都比上一遍少看一次原文。Writing by hand slows you down so that eyes, hand and heart remember together. Each time you copy, look at the text less than before.

  1. 准备纸笔,第一遍看着抄。Take paper and pen and copy the verse while looking.
  2. 第二遍读一句、盖住、再写。Second time: read a phrase, cover it, then write it.
  3. 第三遍完全不看,写完再对照改正。Third time: write without looking, then compare and correct.
  4. 把写错的字圈出来,下次先练它们。Circle the words you got wrong and practise those first next time.
间隔复习Spaced repetition

刚背会的经文很快会忘;在快要忘记时复习,记忆会一次比一次牢。本页在背会后的第 1、2、4、7、14、30 天提醒你复习。A newly learned verse fades quickly; reviewing just before you forget makes it stronger each time. This page reminds you on day 1, 2, 4, 7, 14 and 30 after you learn it.

  1. 背会当天按「我背会了」,这天算第 0 天。On the day you learn it, tap “I've got it”; that is day 0.
  2. 在第 1、2、4、7、14、30 天各复习一次,每次 1–2 分钟。Review once on day 1, 2, 4, 7, 14 and 30, one or two minutes each time.
  3. 忘了也没关系:按「忘了」,这一节从明天重新开始。Forgetting is normal: tap “Forgot” and that verse starts again tomorrow.
  4. 第 30 天之后,每月温习一次。After day 30, review it once a month.
卡片法Memory cards

一面写经文出处和主题,一面写全文。随身带着,排队、等车时拿出来翻一翻。Put the reference and a theme on one side and the full text on the other. Carry the cards and flip through them while you wait in line or for the bus.

  1. 正面写出处与主题,例如“约翰福音 3:16 · 神的爱”。Front: the reference and a theme, e.g. “John 3:16 · God's love.”
  2. 背面写全文,难记的字用颜色标出来。Back: the full text, with the hard words marked in colour.
  3. 看正面背出背面,再翻过来检查。Look at the front, recite the back, then turn it over to check.
  4. 背熟的卡片放后面,还不熟的放前面。Move the cards you know to the back and the shaky ones to the front.
朗读与配乐Read aloud and sing

出声读,或配上简单的旋律、节奏,让耳朵也参与记忆。许多人小时候唱过的经文诗歌,一辈子都记得。Say it out loud, or set it to a simple tune or rhythm, so your ears help you remember. Many people still know the Scripture songs they sang as children.

  1. 慢慢大声读 3 遍,注意停顿。Read it slowly aloud three times, noticing the pauses.
  2. 录下自己朗读的声音,通勤时听。Record yourself reading it and listen on your commute.
  3. 试着配上熟悉的旋律或拍手的节奏。Try fitting it to a familiar tune or a clapping rhythm.
  4. 先边听边跟读,最后不看文字跟读。Read along while listening, then say it without the text.
填空默写Fill in the blanks

把经文遮住一部分(约四成),靠记忆补回来;一轮一轮换空白,最后整节默写出来。Hide part of the verse (about 40%) and fill it in from memory. Change the blanks each round, then write out the whole verse.

  1. 先在心里补出空白处,再点开核对。Fill in each blank in your head, then tap it to check.
  2. 每轮换一批空白,直到每个字都练过。Change the blanks each round until every word has been practised.
  3. 最后在「默写检查」里整节打出来。Finally, type the whole verse in “Write & check.”
  4. 错的地方单独再练一次。Practise the mistakes once more on their own.
与生活连接Connect to life

问自己:这节经文和我今天有什么关系?把它和一个具体的场景连起来,需要的时候,它会自己浮现出来。Ask: what does this verse have to do with my day? Tie it to a concrete situation and it will come back to you when you need it.

  1. 用自己的一句话写下经文的意思。Write the meaning in one sentence of your own.
  2. 想一个会用到它的场景:焦虑、试探、感恩或安慰人。Picture a moment you will need it: worry, temptation, thanks or comforting someone.
  3. 把经文变成一句祷告。Turn the verse into a one-line prayer.
  4. 今天找机会把它说给一个人听。Find a chance to share it with someone today.
小组互背Recite with a partner

两人一组或在小组里互相背诵、互相提示,彼此鼓励。每周约定一次,比一个人背更容易坚持。Pair up or recite in your group, prompting and encouraging each other. A weekly check-in is easier to keep than going it alone.

  1. 每周约定同一段经文。Agree on the same passage each week.
  2. 一人背,一人看着经文提示,然后交换。One recites while the other follows the text and gives cues; then swap.
  3. 只提示第一个字,不要直接说出答案。Hint with the first word only, not the whole answer.
  4. 背完分享这节经文本周怎样帮助了自己,再彼此代祷。Afterwards, share how the verse helped you this week and pray for each other.
