本说明介绍小羊寻光（seekbible.org）收集哪些资料、存放在哪里、如何使用，以及你如何删除它们。我们尽量少收集：大部分读经和祷告记录只保存在你自己的设备上。
This notice explains what SeekLight Bible (seekbible.org) collects, where it is stored, how it is used, and how you can delete it. We collect as little as we can: most reading and prayer records stay on your own device.

- 使用小组、个人内容后台和投稿时需要账号；可以用邮箱、用户名和密码注册，也可以使用已有 ChatGPT 账号登录。Groups, your content workspace and submissions need an account. Register with an email, username and password, or sign in with an existing ChatGPT account.
- 我们不显示广告，不出售、不出租你的个人资料，也不使用广告或第三方分析追踪。We show no ads, never sell or rent your personal information, and use no advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
- 你可以随时在“我的”页面清除本设备资料，或删除你的云端资料。You can clear this device or delete your cloud data at any time on the My Space page.
只保存在你设备上的资料Data kept only on your device
以下内容保存在你浏览器的本机存储（localStorage）中，不会发送到我们的服务器：
The following are kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and are not sent to our servers:
- 读经计划与进度Your reading plan and progress
- 查经笔记和学习记录Bible notes and study records
- 私人祷告Private prayers
- 收藏的经文和上次读到的位置Saved verses and where you last stopped reading
- 语言与显示设置，以及灵修完成记录Language and display settings, and which devotionals you completed
能使用这台设备和浏览器的人都可能看到这些内容；退出登录并不会删除它们。你可以在“我的”页面点击“清除本设备资料”，或在浏览器设置中清除本网站的数据。
Anyone who can use this device and browser may be able to see them, and signing out does not remove them. Use “Clear this device” on the My Space page, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
登录后保存在云端的资料Data stored after you sign in
邮箱注册只要求邮箱、用户名和密码。用户名可以是昵称，不要求真实姓名、电话或地址；邮箱不公开。密码使用独立随机盐与 PBKDF2 哈希保存，不保存明文。邮箱暂不提供验证或密码找回。也可选择通过托管方 OpenAI Sites 使用 ChatGPT 登录，我们看不到 ChatGPT 密码。登录后保存：
Email registration asks only for email, username and password. A nickname is welcome; no real name, phone or address is required. Email is never public. Passwords use independently salted PBKDF2 hashes; plaintext is not stored. Email verification and password recovery are not yet available. You may alternatively sign in through OpenAI Sites with ChatGPT; we never see your ChatGPT password. After sign-in we store:

- 私人小组：你建立或加入的小组、你的成员身份与角色，以及你创建的邀请链接（链接令牌只以不可逆的哈希值保存）。Private groups: groups you create or join, your membership and role, and invite links you create (link tokens are stored only as one-way hashes).
- 小组发帖：查经分享、代祷事项和通知。选择“匿名”只会对其他成员隐藏你的名字，系统仍会记录作者，方便你管理和删除自己的帖子。Group posts: study notes, prayer requests, and announcements. Choosing “anonymous” hides your name from other members; the system still records the author so you can manage and delete your own posts.
- 投稿：标题、内容摘要、链接、你对权利与同意的确认、AI 使用说明，以及审核状态。Submissions: titles, summaries, links, your rights and consent confirmations, your AI-use disclosure, and review status.
- 作品上传：文件、文件名、格式、大小和作者账号关联保存在云端。草稿文件仅作者和审核人员可读取；经审核并发布后，访客可以播放或下载。删除账号时清除未被正式内容采用的文件，已采用作品依照投稿保留规则处理。Work uploads: files, filenames, formats, sizes and account ownership are stored in the cloud. Draft files are accessible only to their author and reviewers. After review and publication, visitors can play or download them. Account deletion removes files not adopted into editorial content; adopted works follow submission retention rules.
- 审核与操作记录：投稿的审核历史和备注，以及管理员编辑网站内容时的操作记录。Moderation and audit records: review history and notes for submissions, and a log of edits administrators make to site content.
- 城市社区：自愿填写的昵称、国家与城市、自我介绍、职业、语言、兴趣和需要。仅在你确认成年并同意公开后展示；账户邮箱不会自动公开。你主动发布的介绍、需求、公益项目和留言对访客可见，点赞会保存账户关联，但不公开点赞者名单。暂停名片会隐藏你的公开项目和留言。City community: your optional nickname, country, city, introduction, work, languages, interests and needs. These appear only with adult confirmation and public consent; account emails are not automatically exposed. Your introductions, requests, volunteering posts and comments are public. Likes are associated with accounts without a public list of people who liked. Pausing your profile hides your public posts and comments.
- 城市联系：联系申请保存在双方的联系列表；私聊只对双方开放，需对方接受申请。拒绝、结束联系或屏蔽后不能继续读取私聊。屏蔽与举报记录用于处理滥用，管理员可查看举报内容、隐藏或恢复城市资料。City connections: requests are stored in both participants’ connection lists; private chat opens only after acceptance and is accessible only to the two participants. Declining, closing or blocking stops access to chat. Blocks and reports support abuse handling; administrators can read reports and hide or restore city profiles.
- 防滥用记录：为限制过于频繁的操作而保存的短期计数。Abuse-prevention records: short-term counters used to limit very frequent actions.
我们如何使用这些资料How we use it
- 提供你选择的功能，例如显示你的小组、帖子和投稿状态。To provide the features you choose, such as showing your groups, posts, and submission status.
- 审核投稿、处理举报、保护社区安全并防止滥用。To review submissions, handle reports, keep the community safe, and prevent abuse.
- 回复你的来信。To reply when you contact us.
小组帖子只有小组成员能看到。私人草稿只在你的内容后台显示；提交审核后审核人员可查看内容、用户名和邮箱。正式发布时只显示公开名称或昵称，不展示邮箱。
Group posts are visible only to members. Private drafts appear only in your content workspace. After submission, reviewers can see the content, username and email. Published content shows only your public name or nickname, never your email.
信仰与敏感资料Faith and sensitive information
代祷事项、见证和发帖可能透露你的宗教信仰、健康或家庭状况。我们把这些视为敏感资料：只用于你选择的功能，绝不会自动分享给教会、牧者或任何机构，也不会用于广告。
Prayer requests, testimonies, and posts can reveal your religious beliefs, health, or family situation. We treat them as sensitive: they are used only for the feature you chose, are never shared automatically with churches, pastors, or any organization, and are never used for advertising.
请只分享你愿意让小组成员看到的内容，也不要发布他人的隐私。
Please share only what you are comfortable with group members seeing, and do not post other people's private information.
资料存放在哪里Where data is hosted
网站由 OpenAI Sites 托管，运行在 Cloudflare 的网络上；云端资料存放在 Cloudflare D1 数据库中。为了提供和保护服务，这些服务商可能处理 IP 地址、请求日志等技术资料，并适用其各自的隐私政策。资料可能在美国或其他国家处理。
The site is hosted by OpenAI Sites and runs on Cloudflare's network; cloud data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. To deliver and secure the service, these providers may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs under their own privacy policies. Data may be processed in the United States or other countries.
AI 与第三方服务AI and third-party services
- 管理员可以使用 OpenAI API 起草灵修等内容。请求中只有经文、主题和编辑说明，不包含任何访客资料，并设置为不在 OpenAI 平台上保存（store: false）。Administrators may use the OpenAI API to draft devotionals and similar content. Requests contain only Scripture text, themes, and editorial instructions — never visitor data — and are sent with storage on the OpenAI platform turned off (store: false).
- 你的问题、祷告、笔记、发帖和投稿不会发送给 AI。Your questions, prayers, notes, posts, and submissions are not sent to AI.
- 文章中的 YouTube 视频以隐私增强模式（youtube-nocookie.com）嵌入；播放视频时适用 YouTube 的隐私政策。YouTube videos in articles are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); YouTube's privacy policy applies when you play one.
- 需要授权的经文服务（例如启用后的 ESV API）只会收到经文章节，不会收到你的个人资料。Licensed Scripture services (such as the ESV API, once enabled) receive only the passage reference, never your personal information.
- 外部链接（例如教会官网）适用对方自己的隐私政策。External links, such as church websites, are governed by their own privacy policies.
资料保存多久How long we keep data
- 本机资料：保存在你的浏览器中，直到你清除为止。On-device data: stays in your browser until you clear it.
- 云端资料：在你使用账号期间保存，直到你删除为止。Cloud data: kept while you use your account, until you delete it.
- 防滥用计数：大约两天后自动清除。Rate-limit counters: cleared automatically after about two days.
- 审核与安全记录：在保护社区和履行法律义务所需的期间内保存。Moderation and safety records: kept as long as needed to protect the community and meet legal obligations.
- 已审核通过并发布的投稿：删除云端资料后仍会继续发布，但不再与你关联；如需下架，请写信给我们。Approved and published submissions: stay published after you delete your cloud data but are no longer linked to you; email us if you want one taken down.
如何删除你的资料How to delete your data
登录后，在“我的”页面点击“删除我的云端资料”。系统会一次完成以下操作：
When signed in, choose “Delete my cloud data” on the My Space page. In one step, it will:
- 清空你所有小组帖子的内容，包括代祷事项；erase the text of all your group posts, including prayer requests;
- 让你退出所有小组，撤销你创建的邀请链接，并封存你建立的小组；remove you from every group, revoke invite links you created, and archive groups you own;
- 删除城市名片、联系与私聊，以及你发布的项目、留言、点赞、屏蔽和相关举报；也可以在城市名片页单独清除这些城市资料。单独清除时仅保留不含自填资料的记录以维持管理员的隐藏状态；delete your city profile, connections, chats, posts, comments, likes, blocks and related reports. You can erase city data separately on your city profile page; separate erasure retains only an empty record to preserve any administrator moderation hold;
- 删除尚未发布的投稿及其审核记录，并让已发布的投稿不再与你关联；delete unpublished submissions and their review records, and unlink published ones from you;
- 删除邮箱账号的密码哈希与登录会话，删除你的防滥用记录，匿名化你的账号资料（邮箱、姓名和公开名称），然后退出登录。delete email-account password hashes and sessions, delete your rate-limit records and anonymize your profile (email, name, and public name), then sign you out.
如果之后再次登录并使用社区功能，系统会重新建立账号资料。你也可以写信到 hello@seekbible.org，要求查看、更正或删除你的资料，我们会在确认是你本人后处理。本机资料请用“清除本设备资料”删除。
If you later sign in and use community features again, a new profile is created. You can also email hello@seekbible.org to access, correct, or delete your data; we will act once we have confirmed it is you. To remove on-device data, use “Clear this device”.
儿童Children
本网站不以 13 岁以下的儿童为对象，我们也不会有意收集他们的个人资料。如果你认为有儿童向我们提供了个人资料，请联系我们，我们会将其删除。
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
安全Security
网站全程使用 HTTPS；邀请令牌只保存哈希值；只有获得授权的管理员才能进入后台。任何系统都无法保证绝对安全，如果你发现安全问题，请写信告诉我们。
The site uses HTTPS throughout, invite tokens are stored only as hashes, and only authorized administrators can access the back office. No system is perfectly secure; if you find a security issue, please email us.
本说明的更新Changes to this notice
如果我们改变处理资料的方式，会更新本页和上方的“最后更新”日期；重大变更会在网站上提示。
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above, and point out significant changes on the site.
