不要以恶报恶、众人以为美的事、要留心去作。 若是能行、总要尽力与众人和睦。 亲爱的弟兄、不要自己伸冤、宁可让步、听凭主怒．因为经上记着、『主说、伸冤在我．我必报应。』 所以『你的仇敌若饿了、就给他吃．若渴了、就给他喝．因为你这样行、就是把炭火堆在他的头上。』 你不可为恶所胜、反要以善胜恶。

Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

罗马书 12 劝勉信徒不报复，并在力所能及的范围寻求和平。这段也把审判交给神；应用时应区分和平、恢复亲近和保障安全。 如果关系要重建，信任需要时间、诚实和可见的改变。重建信任需要看得见的行动；承诺之后仍应给彼此检验改变的时间。今天可以从一个小而具体的回应开始：约定一项具体改变及后续检视时间。 我的处境也牵连着别人。认真分辨谁需要被倾听、谁能提供支持，以及哪些边界需要被尊重。

Romans 12 urges believers to refuse revenge and seek peace as far as possible, entrusting judgment to God. Application must distinguish peace, renewed closeness, and safety. If this relationship is rebuilt, trust will require time, honesty and visible change. Rebuilding trust requires observable actions and time to assess change after promises. Begin with a small concrete response today: Agree on one concrete change and a time to review it. My situation also involves other people. Consider who needs to be heard, who can offer support, and which boundaries deserve respect.
