你们若是热心行善、有谁害你们呢。 你们就是为义受苦、也是有福的．不要怕人的威吓、也不要惊慌． 只要心里尊主基督为圣．有人问你们心中盼望的缘由、就要常作准备、以温柔敬畏的心回答各人． 存着无亏的良心、叫你们在何事上被毁谤、就在何事上、可以叫那诬赖你们在基督里有好品行的人、自觉羞愧。 神的旨意若是叫你们因行善受苦、总强如因行恶受苦。

And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? But and if ye suffer for righteousness’ sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled; But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ. For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.

I want to share my experience without presenting it as what everyone must experience. Personal experience can illuminate without becoming a formula for everyone. Honest testimony admits the process. Begin with a small concrete response today: Share one experience while acknowledging what remains uncertain.

天父，我想分享自己的经历，也不把它说成每个人都必须有的经历。求你在这个处境中陪伴我，使我不必隐藏真实的感受。个人经历可以帮助理解，却不是适用于每个人的公式；真实见证也承认过程。请赐我分辨与勇气，让我今天愿意这样回应：分享一个经历，同时说明其中仍有的疑问。当结果还未明朗时，帮助我耐心尽自己的责任，也接受可信之人的支持。愿我的言语与行动显出爱，把无法掌握的部分交托给你。奉耶稣的名，阿们。

Father, I want to share my experience without presenting it as what everyone must experience. Be with me here and help me bring my feelings honestly before you. Personal experience can illuminate without becoming a formula for everyone. Honest testimony admits the process. Give me wisdom and courage to respond today: Share one experience while acknowledging what remains uncertain. While the outcome is uncertain, help me fulfill my responsibilities patiently and receive support from trustworthy people. Let my words and actions show love as I entrust what I cannot control to you. In Jesus' name, amen.
