Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.

罗马书 12 把真诚的爱、盼望、忍耐、祷告和接待连在一起。坚持不是一个人的硬撑，也可以在彼此帮助中成为持续的生活方式。 纷乱的消息让我不知怎样保持平安。平安不是对苦难无动于衷；有节制地关注与具体地关心，可以同时进行。今天可以从一个小而具体的回应开始：限定看新闻的时间，为一件需要采取行动。 回顾不是给自己评分，而是看见哪里有一点变化、哪里仍然需要时间与别人的陪伴。成长可以缓慢，也可以寻求帮助。

Romans 12 connects sincere love, hope, patience, prayer, and hospitality. Perseverance need not mean solitary endurance; mutual care can sustain it as a way of life. Troubling news makes it hard to remain peaceful. Peace is not indifference to suffering. Measured attention and concrete care can coexist. Begin with a small concrete response today: Limit news time and act on one need. Review is not a scorecard. Notice small changes, what still needs time, and where another person's company may help. Growth can be slow.
