Caring for our parents involves more tasks, but we have not discussed who does what. Sustained care requires honest capacity. Shared work includes planning and coordination as well as hours. A small step today: List this week's tasks and each person's capacity, then agree to review. Do not rush to solve the whole situation. Notice your body, surroundings, and inner voice, and bring your present need before God.
