I want to share experience with younger people but fear merely repeating old stories. Remembrance can invite rather than demand the same path. Stories can include regret and continuing learning. A small step today: Share one decision and its lesson, then ask what the other person is facing. My situation also involves other people. Consider who needs to be heard, who can offer support, and which boundaries deserve respect.
