不要以恶报恶、众人以为美的事、要留心去作。 若是能行、总要尽力与众人和睦。 亲爱的弟兄、不要自己伸冤、宁可让步、听凭主怒．因为经上记着、『主说、伸冤在我．我必报应。』 所以『你的仇敌若饿了、就给他吃．若渴了、就给他喝．因为你这样行、就是把炭火堆在他的头上。』 你不可为恶所胜、反要以善胜恶。

Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

罗马书 12 劝勉信徒不报复，并在力所能及的范围寻求和平。这段也把审判交给神；应用时应区分和平、恢复亲近和保障安全。 我们都说愿意和好，却不知道下一步怎样开始。力所能及的和平可以从小而自愿的约定开始。信任需要行为支持，也需要保留必要界限。 今天的一小步：在安全且双方自愿时，约定一项具体行动和回顾时间。 祷告不需要表演平静。可以把感谢、害怕、疑问和盼望依次说出来，也可以留一段安静。

Romans 12 urges believers to refuse revenge and seek peace as far as possible, entrusting judgment to God. Application must distinguish peace, renewed closeness, and safety. We both say we want reconciliation but do not know where to begin. Peace within your capacity can begin with a small voluntary agreement. Trust needs supporting actions and appropriate boundaries. A small step today: When safe and mutually voluntary, agree on one concrete action and a time to review it. Prayer does not require a performance of calm. Name gratitude, fear, questions, and hope in turn, and leave room for silence.
