Psalm 23 portrays care through images of a shepherd and a host without avoiding dark paths. Applying it to health seeks presence and provision, not a guarantee that every illness will heal as expected. My follow-up is approaching, and I worry about understanding the results. Company can be requested on a dark road. Recording what is unclear is a concrete way to care for yourself. A small step today: List three questions and, if helpful, invite someone trusted to accompany you. Review is not a scorecard. Notice small changes, what still needs time, and where another person's company may help. Growth can be slow.
