Everyone is tired at bedtime, but I worry about missing family faith learning. Faith in daily rhythms can be simple and honest. Listening to a child's day is meaningful companionship. A small step today: Each name one thanks and one worry, then finish with a short prayer. Do not rush to solve the whole situation. Notice your body, surroundings, and inner voice, and bring your present need before God.
