With less energy, I measure my worth by how much I accomplish. Begin with what actually happened and distinguish your responsibilities. A faithful response can unfold through honest words and a concrete action. A practice for today: Name one kind of company you can offer and one form of care you can receive. My situation also involves other people. Consider who needs to be heard, who can offer support, and which boundaries deserve respect.
