In Philippians, Paul encourages prayer, requests, and thanksgiving, alongside attention to what is worthy of thought. This does not guarantee that stress instantly disappears; it invites turning toward God amid worry. Before moving, every unfinished detail feels equally urgent. Begin with what actually happened and distinguish your responsibilities. A faithful response can unfold through honest words and a concrete action. A practice for today: Sort tasks into today's essentials, things to schedule, and requests for help. Prayer does not require a performance of calm. Name gratitude, fear, questions, and hope in turn, and leave room for silence.
