My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee. New information appears after a decision, and changing course feels like failure. Begin with what actually happened and distinguish your responsibilities. A faithful response can unfold through honest words and a concrete action. A practice for today: Verify the impact, explain any adjustment, and take responsibility for its effects. Responding to Scripture need not mean a grand decision. One achievable action today may be more honest than a vague promise to change.
