English
Romans 12 connects sincere love, hope, patience, prayer, and hospitality. Perseverance need not mean solitary endurance; mutual care can sustain it as a way of life. Many future concerns make me avoid even simple preparation. Begin with what actually happened and distinguish your responsibilities. A faithful response can unfold through honest words and a concrete action. A practice for today: Prepare one necessary thing for tomorrow, then allow today to end. Do not rush to solve the whole situation. Notice your body, surroundings, and inner voice, and bring your present need before God.
