Deuteronomy 6 addresses Israel about loving God and bringing teaching into daily life. Parenting application can begin with routines and conversation rather than treating faith as a knowledge exam. My teenager's growing independence leads to arguments. Disagreement need not become hostility. Respect growth while keeping clear reasonable boundaries. Begin with a small concrete response today: Discuss one household rule and its reasons together. Prayer does not require a performance of calm. Name gratitude, fear, questions, and hope in turn, and leave room for silence.
