I want to share experience with younger people but fear merely repeating old stories. Remembrance can invite rather than demand the same path. Stories can include regret and continuing learning. A small step today: Share one decision and its lesson, then ask what the other person is facing. Prayer does not require a performance of calm. Name gratitude, fear, questions, and hope in turn, and leave room for silence.
