Deuteronomy 6 addresses Israel about loving God and bringing teaching into daily life. Parenting application can begin with routines and conversation rather than treating faith as a knowledge exam. Seeing another child's progress, I start pushing my own. Teaching begins with knowing the child. Age, ability, and circumstances call for fitting care rather than one ranking. A small step today: Ask what your child is working on and affirm one specific effort. Responding to Scripture need not mean a grand decision. One achievable action today may be more honest than a vague promise to change.
