As soon as my child returns, I question grades and tasks. Begin with what actually happened and distinguish your responsibilities. A faithful response can unfold through honest words and a concrete action. A practice for today: Ask about the day first and agree to discuss homework arrangements later. Read the passage in its surrounding section. Notice speaker, audience, and context instead of turning Scripture into an instant formula.
